Matsue Nishikigoi Centre
Located in
Matsue City, founded by Shoichi Lizuka in 1966 and now ran by Takahiro Iizuka.
The farm is famous for its Kohaku and the Sensuke bloodline, although mainly
producing Kohaku, they also produce Showa and Sanke.
It’s clear to
see that Takahiro and the team have continued and strived to improve there
Nishikigoi and produce many jumbo specimens of excellent quality.
They have an
impressive facility with many mud ponds including a separate fish house
dedicated for growing their Nishikigoi all year around.
